The Rosedale Residential Association Incorporated (RRA or WPRRA) is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit and a member of the Council of Neighborhood Associations (CNA) in White Plains, NY. Donors can deduct contributions made to RRA as a public charity organization. For more information on how you may make a donation to the RRA please contact us.
The Association is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its purposes include:
- Promoting civic engagement and neighborhood welfare within the Rosedale area of White Plains, New York.
- Educating residents regarding public safety, zoning, municipal planning, infrastructure, and community development issues.
- Encouraging neighborhood beautification and preservation efforts.
- Cooperating with governmental agencies and other nonprofit organizations to enhance quality of life.
The Association may engage in nonpartisan advocacy related to civic and community matters, provided such activities are incidental to its charitable purposes and do not constitute substantial lobbying. The Association shall not participate in or intervene in any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office.

All of the more than 700 families in the Rosedale area are considered automatic members of the RRA.
The RRA collects annual dues to support events, meetings, website, mailing list and communications, and a city garden in the area. Dues may be paid here.
The RRA is located in the Southern-end of the city limits. Its general boundaries are from Saxon Woods Road to the East through to North Street in the West and from Hillair Circle and Barton Road to the North through to the Hutchinson River Parkway to the South.
