Greetings RRA Residents,

We’d like to share an important article from the Westfair Business Journal, a source of information for the business community in White Plains and Westchester. The article highlights significant resistance from RRA residents and other White Plains residents regarding the One Comprehensive Plan, posing challenges for the City.

The Rosedale Residential Association, along with many other members of the CNA (Council of Neighborhood Associations) have played a crucial role in raising awareness about this issue. We’ve made progress by:

• Engaging with CNA
• Engaging with our local elected officials
• Alerting RRA residents and getting petitions signed
• Informing the wider resident population about upcoming Public Hearings

Thanks to many of our active and engaged RRA residents, we have received reassurances from several Common Council members that they have no plans to change the zoning laws in our single family neighborhoods.

One of the best ways that you can stay up to date with issues related to the RRA is by signing up for eblasts and by paying your RRA dues which helps us to bring our neighborhood together with events like our annual Septemberfest BBQ (9/28/24.)
