We want to inform you that the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed subdivision at 400 Ridgeway (Farrell Estates at Ridgeway) – formerly the Ridgeway Country Club – has been completed.
The public comment period is CLOSING ON APRIL 28th at 5:00 PM, with only 4 days remaining for the opportunity to provide valuable input on this significant development.
The Planning Board will continue accepting comments until Monday, April 28 at 5:00 PM.
Project Overview:
- Location: 400 Ridgeway, White Plains, NY
- Proposal: Subdivision of the 129.68-acre property into:
- 99 residential parcels
- 6 non-residential parcels
- New roadways, stormwater management features, and a clubhouse
