We are getting closer to our 5th Annual SEPTEMBERFEST (this weekend) on Saturday 9/30/23 at the NEW Windward School (1275 Mamaroneck Ave) from 2-6pm.  We are expecting another awesome turnout this year!

Be on the lookout for the below Evite in your email and please RSVP.  The RSVP is the only tool that we have to determine how much food will be needed.  Please RSVP before Wed 9/27, and if you have not received the Evite, please use the link below to RSVP.

Reminder, RRA Dues pay for fun events like these.  If you have not yet paid your dues please do so, or bring them with you and pay at the Welcome Desk the day of SEPTEMBERFEST.  There are changes to the dues as of 2/15/23.  Annual dues are $35 for households with 2 or less residents, and $45 for households with 3 or more residents.  Dues can be paid at https://wprra.org/membership-2/.

This years Raffle Prizes

Below is some information regarding the 5th Annual RRA SEPTEMBERFEST!

Venue: Windward School, 1275 Mamaroneck Ave (site has a parking lot, playground, open field, and basketball a court)  Feel free to bring sports equipment to play games on the field.

Picnic Style:  Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, coolers or whatever you want to make yourselves comfortable (Tent/umbrellas recommended).

Food, Friends and Fun! Come Hungry! (The RRA will BBQing this year. Food will be served from 2-5:30pm.)

Bouncy Slide/Castle

Bubble Bus: 2-4pm

Glitter Tattoo Station:

Yard Games: Can Jam, Corn Hole, etc.

Music: We will have live music from a local Rosedale band. 4-6pm

Fire Truck/Police Vehicle: children will be allowed to explore a fire truck/police vehicle and meet some of WP’s local heroes. Truck times is 3:30-5pm.

Vendors: We are going to allow RRA vendors to set up tables to sell goods and products.  If you are interested in setting up a vendor table please contact the RRA (wprra@yahoo.com).  This year, I vendors are below:
