**Subject:** Contract No 903409 — Concrete Curbs and Sidewalks at Various Locations.
Dear Owner or Resident,

The Department of Public Works (DPW) has awarded Paladino Concrete Creations Corporation a contract for the installation of concrete curbing at various locations along your street.

Work will commence on or about **Wednesday, September 4, 2024** (weather permitting). Working hours will be approximately **8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.**

Street parking may be temporarily suspended in order to facilitate the work, and this will be communicated to the residents as necessary.

DPW inspectors will be on-site at all times to ensure the satisfactory completion of the work. The city will make every effort to minimize disruptions and complete the project in a timely manner. Your patience and cooperation are essential and greatly appreciated.

The curb installation may interfere with plantings and private sprinkler systems located within the municipal right of way (ROW) property. Every effort to prevent their disturbance will be made; however, the City is not responsible for sprinkler systems and plantings located within the ROW.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call Francisco Malaver, Chief Construction Coordinator, at 914-422-1215.

Sincerely,
**Joseph C. Tyros, P.E.**
Deputy Commissioner of Public Works
