Greetings RRA Residents,
We are all SOOO excited to be hosting out 3rd Annual SEPTEMBERFEST on 9/25/21 at the Windward School (13 Windward Ave) from 1-5pm. Through word of mouth and neighborly conversations we are hoping for a large turnout and maximum participation. Please be on the lookout for our Evite that will be sent out in the middle of August, a reminder postcard you will receive in the mail and lawn signs that you will begin to see after Labor Day.
Reminder, RRA Dues pay for fun events like these. If you have not yet paid your dues please do so, or bring them with you and pay at the Welcome Desk the day of SEPTEMBERFEST. Dues are $35 and can be paid at https://wprra.org/membership-2/
Below is some information regarding the 3rd Annual RRA SEPTEMBERFEST!
Venue: Windward School, 13 Windward Ave (site has a playground, open field and basketball court)
Picnic Style: Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, coolers or whatever you want to make yourselves comfortable (Tent/umbrella recommended).
Food, Friends and Fun! Come Hungry!
Bouncy Castle w/ Slide
Bubble Bus w/ Music: 2-3pm
Music: We will have live music performances from the Singer/Song Writers from WPHS. Line-up will be provided in September when school is back in session.
Fire Truck: children will be allowed to explore a fire truck and meet some of WP’s local heroes.
Raffle Prizes from local WP businesses: Details to come over the summer and into the Fall.
Vendors: We are going to allow RRA vendors to set up tables to sell goods and products. If you are interested in setting up a vendor table please contact Mike Sanchez (mikesancheez@yahoo.com). So far we have the below vendors, but we are looking for more local vendors:

Guest Allowed and Encouraged: We will be also be inviting our neighboring associations (Gedney, North St., and others). All guests are invited for a small food and beverage fee.
$10– Adult Guest Charge (> 12 years old)
$5- Child Guest Charge (< 12 years old)
