Greetings RRA Residents,

We are getting close to our 3rd Annual SEPTEMBERFEST on Saturday 9/25/21 at the Windward School from 1-5pm.    We are expecting another awesome turnout this year!   If you have not RSVP’d please do so.  The RSVP is the only tool that we have to determine how much food will be needed.  Please RSVP by September 17th.

Below is information regarding the 3rd Annual SEPTEMBERFEST!:

There is no admission fee for RRA members who have paid their 2021 annual dues.  If you have not paid your dues, you can pay online at https://wprra.org/membership-2/ or bring a check or cash with you. Household dues are $35.

Guests Allowed and Encouraged: We will be also be inviting our neighboring associations (Gedney and North St.).  All guests are invited for a small food and beverage fee.
$15– Adult Guest Charge (> 12 years old)
$10- Child Guest Charge (5-12 years old)

Picnic Style:  Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, coolers or whatever you want to make yourselves comfortable (Tent/umbrella recommended).

Food: Westchester Burger Company Food Truck and Ice Cream Truck

Music: We will have live music performances from the Singer/Song Writers from WPHS.  Line-up will be provided in September when school is back in session.

Bubble Bus: 2-3pm

Bouncy Castle/Slide

Fire Truck: Children will be allowed to explore a fire truck and meet some of WP’s local heroes.

Raffle prizes donated from some of our wonderful local businesses (see below)

Vendors: We are going to allow RRA vendors to set up tables to sell goods and products.  If you are interested in setting up a vendor table please contact wprra@yahoo.com. Some of are local vendors this year are below:
