According to the below articles, the entire 130-acre FASNY property (the Ridgeway Country Club) has been sold to the Farrell Building Company (a residential developer.)  Please see the below articles if you are interested in what will potentially be built in our neighboring community.

The development of the FASNY property is important to the RRA as we await the sale of the old Windward School property at 13 Windward Ave.  The development of the FASNY property in Gedney could set precedent for the type of development that will occur in our neighborhood once the Windward property is sold.
