We are getting closer to our 4th Annual SEPTEMBERFEST on Saturday 9/24/22 at the NEW Windward School (1275 Mamaroneck Ave) from 1-5pm.    We are expecting another awesome turnout this year!

Be on the lookout for the below Evite in your email and please RSVP.  The RSVP is the only tool that we have to determine how much food will be needed.  Please RSVP by September 17th.  If you have not received the Evite, please use the link below to RSVP.

Below is information regarding the 4th Annual SEPTEMBERFEST!:

There is no admission fee for RRA members who have paid their 2022 annual dues.  If you have not paid your dues, you can pay online at https://wprra.org/membership-2/ or bring a check or cash with you to the event. Household dues for 2022 are $35.

Guests are Allowed and Encouraged: We will be also be inviting our neighboring associations (Gedney, North St., and others).  All guests are invited for a food/beverage and entertainment fee.
$15- Guest Charge (> 5 years old)
$10- Child Guest Charge (< 5 years old)

Picnic Style:  Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, coolers or whatever you want to make yourselves comfortable (Tent/umbrella recommended).  There is no shade at the new location, thus tents or umbrellas are highly recommended.

Food: Westchester Burger Company Food Truck and Ice Cream Truck

Music: We will have live music from a local Rosedale band.

Face Painting/Tattoo Station

Two Bouncy Castle/Slide!

Fire Truck/Police Vehicle: Children will be allowed to explore a fire truck and police vehicles.  You will also have the opportunity to meet some of WP’s heroes and public servants.

Raffle prizes donated from some of our wonderful local businesses: We are having some trouble this year getting an abundance of raffle donations from local businesses.  If you would like to purchase or donate a raffle prize, please reach out to us at wprra@yahoo.com. Funds from the raffle help pay for fun events like this and also support our local economy.

Vendors: We are going to allow RRA vendors to set up tables to sell goods and products.  If you are interested in setting up a vendor table please contact wprra@yahoo.com. Some of are local vendors this year are below:
