Greetings RRA Residents,

Below is our Annual Membership Letter and agenda for our Annual RRA Board Meeting to be held on Tuesday 5/16 at 7pm at the White Plains Board of Education in the downstairs conference room.  Both the letter and agenda should be arriving by mail in the very near future.

This year our special guest at our annual meeting will be Public Safety Commissioner David E. Chong. Commissioner Chong will be providing an overview and updates on public safety in White Plains.  He will also address any resident concerns about public safety throughout White Plains and Rosedale.

**Please email any questions for Commission Chong to wprra@yahoo.com by 5/8.  This way we can use our time with the Commissioner as efficiently as possible on 5/16.  Though he will take questions in person at the meeting, it is best that he knows what our residents are concerned with. This way he can have complete and accurate information to share with the RRA and guests.

Please take note about the changes to our RRA annual dues moving forward.  Annual dues are now $35 for households with two or less residents, and $45 for households with three or more residents.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP LETTER:
Our mission is to be the voice of the community, to ensure the safety and character of the RRA, and to promote the general welfare of Rosedale/White Plains residents.

The RRA has a new and improved website that is updated regularly.  A history of all eblast information/RRA Announcements can be found in the “RRA Announcements” section on the webpage and will help us to better document RRA/WP related information and allow for community feedback.  Please go to the Rosedale Residential Association website (http://WWW.WPRRA.ORG) to register your e-mail address via the “Newsletter Sign-up” Link.

We are looking forward to hosting SEPTEMBERFEST again this year on 9/30/23.  Dues can be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or through the mail. 8:15-9pm- RRA Business:

1. Review of January minutes and discussion.
2. Increase in RRA dues.
3. Treasurer, Nicoy Spence will report the association’s current financial balance sheet. Nicoy will also report on the five-year trend on membership fees and the cost of the 2022 Septemberfest.
4. Discussion and vote to approve Septemberfest budget for “Septemberfest 2023.”
5. Request for volunteers for RRA  4th Annual “Septemberfest 2023” scheduled on September 30^th, 2023.
